Adding & Editing the Full-Width Slider

The Nova Slider is used to display images that span the entire width of the browser window at the top of a page as well as an optional text box and button overlaying that image.

Adding and Editing the Nova Slider

1. Navigate to the page where you’d like to add the slider.
2. At the top of the dashboard, click Edit Page.
3. Click on the Sliders tab in the page builder.
4. Select the Nova Slider page builder block and drag it to the heading page builder space (the upper gray area).
5. Hover over the Nova Slider page builder block. A pencil icon will appear.
6. Click on the pencil icon to edit the block.
   
7. Scroll down to the Slides.
8. Select the tab for the slide you’d like to change.
9. Add a Title for the info box.
10. Add any descriptor content.
11. Under Title in the Button for this slide section, add the call to action text for the button.
12. Under URL, add the URL that the user will visit upon clicking the button.
13. Click Add Media.
    
    
14. Select an existing image or upload a new image. (Note: Make sure that the image is at minimum 1440×360 px.)
15. Make sure that the Alt Text and Description are filled with a short explanation of what appears in the image.
16. Select Link To None.
17. Select Size – Full Size.
18. Click Add Media.
    
    
19. Repeat steps 12-16 until all images are added.
20. Click Save.
    
    
21. Click Update to save the changes to the page.
